Congress considering Social Emotional Learning Legislation
A bill introduced by US Representatives Dale E. Kildee (D-MI), Judy Biggert (R-IL), and Tim Ryan (D-OH) would establish Federal grant programs to support social and emotional learning programming in elementary and secondary schools.
