The S.S.GRIN K2 manual provides professionals with the complete detailed instructions for how to organize and conduct S.S.GRIN K2 groups. The professional manual contains the following:
- As an evidence-based, skill-building program, S.S.GRIN K2 contains introductory chapters discussing the background and goals for the intervention, as well as the data gathered in continuous research showing the validity and positive effects of this intervention.
- 10 session scripts provide a full detailed guide through each session, including easy-to-teach definitions of each social skill, clear descriptions of all learning activities, detailed explanations of how and when to use the full color posters, character stickers, and activity cards.
- A parallel "Quick Point Guide" is on the left-hand side of each session script. It functions as a bulleted to-do list by summarizing the tasks of each session and serves as an outline once leaders are familiar with the details of each session script.
